“It may be that when we no longer know what to do we have come to our real work, and that when we no longer know which way to go we have come to our real journey.”

– Wendell Berry

FLI 4U – WHAT WE DO:

We incubate models to increase equity and inclusion in your school.  We work with school teams to capitalize on existing strengths and use our Theory of Change to realize potential for change.  Whether your school already has a clear plan, or if you are looking for a partner to grow this trajectory within your school, we are here to help.  FLI will work with your school leaders, teams, and staff to create a unique plan to incubate change in your school.  Reach out to schedule a conversation today!

FLI 4U – Vision:

We have a vision that one day all schools will be inclusive environments where all individuals are valued for their strengths and weaknesses.  Schools should be safe places – physically and emotionally.  We do not subscribe to one model for development or implementation of programs, but we use our incubation model to support school leaders to create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive school communities.  In this way, we will transform schools to be more representative of the communities they serve.
